Less than a month to go with the IMSBC Code changes - Members get ready!

Overview

The mandatory International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code will enter its Amendment 04-17 on 1 January 2019. Find out what the amendments are that would impact members’ dealings with these cargoes.

Members have less than a month to get prepared with the changes that are made to the IMSBC Code, with Amendment 04-17 (2018 edition) entering into force on 1 January 2019. This amendment  will supersede Amendment 03-15 (2016 edition).

To assist members, BIMCO provides a summary of the various amendments that will affect members' business in relation to the carriage of dry bulk cargoes for sea shipment.
